Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
- Execute heavy maintenance tasks and structural repairs in accordance with approved technical data, maintenance manuals, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
- Complete accurate maintenance documentation and logbook entries in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Utilize proper safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and leadership to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Airframe (A) License required.
- 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience required.
- MRO or heavy maintenance experience OR CRJ airframe experience required.
- Prior military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections) is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English regarding aircraft maintenance actions.
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment 7-year Criminal Background Check, and standard FAA DOT drug test.
- Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
- Proof of Authorization to work in the US.
- MUST have basic aircraft maintenance tools/box.
