POSITION / OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to support heavy maintenance operations on regional aircraft. This role is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures to ensure aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
- Conduct troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on aircraft systems and components.
- Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations.
- Support aircraft inspections and maintenance events including system checks and structural repairs when required.
- Complete accurate maintenance documentation and logbook entries in compliance with FAA standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft are returned to service efficiently and safely.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Airframe (A) License required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English regarding aircraft maintenance actions.
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment 7-year Criminal Background Check, and standard FAA DOT drug test.
- Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
- Proof of Authorization to work in the US.
- MUST have basic aircraft maintenance tools/box.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must meet one of the following experience pathways:
- Pathway 1 – General Aircraft Maintenance Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician
- MRO or heavy maintenance experience preferred
- Prior military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot, Isochronal, or Phase inspections) is a plus
- Pathway 2 – Aircraft Platform Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician
- CRJ or Challenger airframe experience required
- MRO experience preferred
- Pathway 1 – General Aircraft Maintenance Experience
