Production Structures Assembler F-16 Technician

Position Overview

SkyBridge Aviation is seeking an experienced Production Structures Assembler F-16 Technician to support high-precision aircraft structural assembly operations. This position is responsible for interpreting blueprints, following fastener layouts, and fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal and structural assemblies for F-16 aircraft using precision measuring equipment.

This is a hands-on production role supporting the build-up of fuselage and structural components in a fast-paced aircraft manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fastener layouts to ensure accurate structural assembly
• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal and structural sub-assemblies for F-16 aircraft
• Perform precision drilling and reaming to aircraft specifications
• Install rivets and various aircraft fasteners
• Perform countersinking and part trimming as required
• Support hands-on production build-up of fuselage structural components
• Use precision measuring tools to verify tolerances and quality standards
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Shift Information

Must be flexible to work any shift

1st Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM
Weekend Shift: Schedule varies by production area

Minimum Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent aircraft sheet metal or precision drilling experience required
• Strong experience with aircraft structural assembly operations
• Proficient in precision drilling, reaming, riveting, countersinking, and fastener installation
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft blueprints and technical drawings
• Must be able to work any shift as required by production needs
• Must be able to start on or before February 23, 2026
