Position: Cyber Systems Security Engineer
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay: $54.04/hour
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Cyber Systems Security Engineer who will be responsible for identification and analysis of the cyber-attack surfaces and will implement the relevant cybersecurity controls on client products.
Responsible for performing cybersecurity maintenance, to include continuous monitoring, security updates, patching, and hardening. The engineer will also be responsible for providing cybersecurity oversight our Systems and Software teams and providing the necessary documentation and artifacts to support and maintain any ATOs for client products.
Other responsibilities can include:
• Providing embedded System Security Engineering design and implementation in all aspects of System Security Engineering (SSE) process in development of Department of Defense (DoD) Weapon Systems
• Assessing and mitigating System Security threats/risks throughout the embedded Weapon System development life cycle
• Validating System Security Engineering requirements decomposition, allocation and analysis for Test Systems
• Implementing System Security Engineering solutions hardware and software
• Verifying implementation of system security requirements
• Analyzing weaknesses, vulnerabilities and threats against System Security posture on product designs.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
3-5 Years of Cybersecurity Engineering experience
3-5 Years of Systems Engineering experience
